ABOUT PRC RELOCATION & CONSULTING SERVICES
Lucy M. Donaldson, CRP is founder, President and sole owner of PRC Relocation & Consulting Services, Inc. She has over 25 years of Relocation and Human Resources managerial experience and is also one of the founders of the Southern California Relocation Council, a member of the Employee Relocation Council, and a holder of the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designations. Ms. Donaldson is often a guest speaker at many relocation symposiums and seminars. As an industry leader, she has designed many innovative programs and comprehensive relocation policies serving corporations both locally and nationally. Today she leads PRC, providing a single source contact for her clients and offering a variety of customized programs and services.
PRC’s Domestic US office is located in Aliso Viejo, CA, with vendor partners located nationwide, as well as throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Canada and the United Arab Emirates.
Account Management
At PRC, we recognize relocation is a challenging, time consuming and expensive proposition, and the combined Relocation, Human Resources and Finance background of our staff ensures that they are well-versed in all phases of a move. Individuals will interact with a single point of contact throughout their entire move who has accountability for both client satisfaction and final cost. PRC’s Relocation Consultants will coordinate several types of services based on each relocation situation and act as a liaison between the client and PRC’s chosen partners.
